I had the marble on 3 countertops in our master bathroom cleaned and resealed. The guy arrived on time and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend the company if your marble tops are starting to look shabby.! I was not that thrilled with Donna, probably because it was a small job and she just wanted to spend as little time as possible explaining the procedure. She was, however, on time, and quick to send the quote and get the work on the schedule. Overall very happy with the Grout Medic and would use them again.

If you need grout or caulking work, call the Grout Medic! I can absolutely positively and enthusiastically endorse their service, craftsmanship, and professionalism. I couldn't be happier with the result. They regrouted our shower and tub, caulked the entire bathroom, and cleaned the grout between the floor tiles. After a shower enclosure install (by another company) went awry, Grout Medic came back and replaced two tiles that the shower installers ruined. Outstanding work, looks perfect. I'll definitely call them again whenever I need work done. Two of the pictures are what the shower installers did and the last one is after Grout Medic replaced the broken tile.

These guys performed even better than expected. I had them regrout a shower, clean hard water stains off of tiles, clean the shower pan, clean grout on bathroom floor and regrout the floor of another bathroom. Everything looks brand new. They were quick to respond and had a technician available the next day. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.

We had a great experience with Grout Medic. I requested a quote for steam cleaning and seal our foyer and laundry room tiles, removal and re-grouting our kitchen counter tops as well as work in Master Bath and guest bath. Justin and Mauricio arrived on time and were courteous and professional. Their work was very proficient, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. It was my pleasure to have them in my home. Our Master walk-in shower was in dire need of a face lift. We had hard water stains, grout missing between tiles, mold on the caulking. As much as we tried to clean it, it never really felt clean. George came out and we discussed the problem at hand and he provided solutions to mitigate it. The end result was amazing, it looks like a new shower. Our kitchen counter tops caulking where the back splash meets was done by the previous owner and poorly applied. Grout Medic removed and re-grouted those areas to bring it back to its former glory. George recommended that we match the existing grout color versus the clear caulking that was there. It was a smart decision and it paid off. Our Guest bath caulking around the tub was cracking and needed to be removed and reapplied. We would definitely hire Grout Medic again, I'm very happy with all that was done and the price.

After several crazy quotes on our dingy shower that needed lots of help, the team at Grout Medic gave us an affordable solution that helped our shower look brand new. We needed to have our master bath shower re-grouted and re-caulked after we had found a water stain in the ceiling below. We contacted The Grout Medic and they came out and gave us an accurate quote and scheduled us quickly. The technician showed up promptly on time and did an amazing job. No more leak and the shower looks great! We will definitely be using them again!

PHENOMENAL!!! We had Grout Medic come out and repair our kitchen floor.  In our kitchen there is an area that receives a high volume of traffic, over time the tiles started to lift-up and the grout became loose. Grout Medic removed the old grout and tiles and re-applied adhesive and grout. Then the tiles were steam cleaned and the entire kitchen tile floor were color sealed   The end result, the kitchen floor looks amazing! I highly recommend. Thank You Grout Medic!

We hired Grout Medic to perform caulking and grouting services for our bathrooms.  Their technicians arrived on time, and were courteous and professional.  Their work was very high quality.  We would definitely hire Grout Medic again.

Grout medic guys did a great job on my new shower which the previous owner (flipped the house) did a horrible job.  They did take a while to come out to do the work after the estimate but it was a job well done.  They replaced some tiles, added new tiles, cleaned the grout, redid some caulking, all in one day's work.  The price was reasonable.  I did get quotes from 3 local grout/tile companies before settling on Grout Medic.  I would use them again in the future.

Taking care of a job where on my third attempt I called a professional, they said "it's not bad for what it was" but my OCD said fix it. Showed up scheduled time and banged it out quicker and cleaner then I could was perfect job and their tips on maintenance if followed work great! Will call again and defiantly recommend.

We have used this company to do tile in the past 3 homes we've owned. They show up on time, they are courteous and professional, and their work is impeccable! They even lock up on their way out when we aren't home! The most recent job we had them do was to lay a marble mosaic in our guest bath. We originally had our regular handyman complete the work and he clearly is not a tile layer, big mistake. We called the grout medic and they pulled up the tile and laid new tile and it's beautiful! I will never make the mistake of using another tile layer, ever!
